…in the media, anyhow. What with that “Divas Uncovered” show that’s coming out, plus the news of a film that captures the female wrestling experience, I feel like women are becoming a priotity again. ca me plait beaucoup, as you can imagine. Now if only this could be reflected in the ring…

The cyclical nature of professional wrestling is, at times, extremely beautiful.

Mr. Perfect being Triple H’s manager in the 90s was so perfect, too.

But seriously, I genuinely didn’t recognise Curt Axel for a while. Partly because I hadn’t seen him in so long, partly because his demeanour was so different. He is 10x the performer he was in 2011.

“The purpose of that quest became much clearer on May 20, when Curtis Axel was unveiled as the latest “Paul Heyman guy.” Axel’s appearance shocked the WWE Universe and incited Triple H into action, as The Game arrived to confront the latest addition to the mad scientist’s stable. Later in the night, Axel went one-on-one with the WWE COO, scoring his first-ever victory when Triple H was unable to continue the match.

With his first win under his belt, Curtis Axel now looks to carve out his own legend in WWE.”

So he won then? I thought it was a no contest.

….godDAMMIT, Nelson WAS right

Umm, REAL quick.

I try not to nitpick. But if Curtis Axel won last night, then that would mean Ryback won on Sunday. By knockout and/or ref stoppage. In which case the challenger wins the title.

I thought Sunday was a double countout. Whereas if a referee deems you unable to continue, then you lose. n/a to title matches ofc, if it was one then Triple H would have kept his belt but lost the match
